Terms
Last updated: June 8, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website, operated by Wifi Money, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or submitting our opt-in form, you agree to these Terms.
This is an independent informational and opt-in website run by a team. It provides an overview and lets you request follow-up from a team member. It refers to a separate trading-education platform that has its own terms and policies; nothing here replaces or modifies those, and we are not that platform.
The content on this site is educational only and is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not a broker, financial advisor, or fiduciary. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. See our Risk Disclaimer for important information about the risks of trading.
We make no promise or guarantee of income, profit, or specific results. Any examples or testimonials are illustrative only, are not typical, and are not a promise that you will achieve the same. Results depend on your own effort, skill, discipline, and market conditions, all of which are outside our control. You should not enroll in anything based on an expectation of guaranteed earnings.
By submitting the opt-in form, you agree that we and the team member who referred you may contact you by email and, if you provide a phone number, by phone or text, to follow up. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy.
If you provide your phone number and opt in, you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from us and the team member who referred you, related to your inquiry and the opportunity it refers to. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for help. We will honor opt-out requests, though a final confirmation message may be sent. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
This site references or integrates third-party services and platforms that we do not control. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, availability, or performance of any third-party platform, tool, payout, or service, and any engagement with them is at your own risk.
The content, branding, and design of this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wifi Money, Inc., its owners, and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial or trading losses, arising from your use of this site or from any decisions you make based on its content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Please read this section carefully, as it affects your legal rights. You and Wifi Money, Inc. agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this site will first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation by contacting us at team@whatisconeqtx.com. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days, it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may bring claims in small-claims court if they qualify. The arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and we agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of class proceeding. If this class-action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration section will be null and void. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters related to intellectual property or misuse of the site.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer, make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding this site and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Wifi Money, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
